Delete Your YAWI Account

YAWI is a personal wellness app published by As You Wish Software, Inc. This page explains how to delete your YAWI account and the data associated with it.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the YAWI app and sign in.
2. Go to More, then Profile.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone (bottom of the page) and tap Delete My Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. This action cannot be undone.

Deleting in the app permanently removes your account and immediately erases all wellness data stored on your device.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@yawi.app from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account information (your email address, name, date of birth, and sex at birth), which is held by our authentication provider (Auth0), is permanently deleted.
• Wellness data (habit, nutrition, exercise, journal, and any imported health data) is stored only on your device. It is erased when you delete your account in the app, and is also removed if you uninstall the app.

We do not retain a server-side copy of your wellness data, because it never leaves your device. No account data is retained after deletion except where a limited retention period is required by law.
